SECTION 01
Orders & Enquiries
How do I place an order with Al-Naseer Traders?
You can share your enquiry through our contact page, email or WhatsApp with the product name, required quantity, destination and any specifications. Our team responds with availability, pricing and lead time, and then issues a proforma invoice. The order is confirmed once you approve the proforma invoice in writing and the agreed advance payment is received in our nominated bank account.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the specific product, packaging and destination. Some items are available in smaller trial quantities, while others especially regulated or export-only products are supplied strictly in bulk cartons, pallets or full-container loads. The exact MOQ is confirmed at the enquiry stage before the proforma invoice is issued.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Sample availability depends on the product category and regulatory status. Where permissible, we can arrange paid samples with courier and shipping charges borne by the buyer. Please share your requirement with our sales team along with the shipping address and preferred courier account, if any.
Can I modify or cancel an order after confirmation?
Minor modifications such as revised delivery address or updated consignee details can usually be accommodated before dispatch. Changes to quantity, product mix or specifications depend on stock and production status. Cancellations after packing, dispatch or customs clearance are generally not possible; where allowed, they are handled as per our Payment Policy.
SECTION 02
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deal with international clients?
Yes. We regularly export to clients across the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, South-East Asia and beyond. All export shipments are dispatched with complete documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and any regulatory certificates required by the destination country.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic deliveries within Pakistan typically take 3–7 business days, depending on the city and consignment size. International delivery timelines vary based on destination, mode of transport (sea, air or land), sailing/flight schedules and customs clearance at both ends. Estimated timelines are confirmed at the time of dispatch.
Which incoterms do you work on?
We commonly work on EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF, and can arrange other incoterms on request. The applicable incoterm is stated clearly on the proforma invoice and commercial invoice, along with the point where risk and cost transfer to the buyer.
What if my shipment arrives damaged or short?
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, packing list annotations and, where relevant, a surveyor’s report. Our team then raises the matter with the carrier, forwarder or insurer on your behalf and works with you towards a fair and prompt resolution. Delayed intimation may limit the recourse available under carrier and insurance terms.
SECTION 03
Payments & Invoicing
Which payment methods do you accept?
For domestic orders we accept direct bank transfers, IBFT/RTGS, pay orders and demand drafts issued in favour of Al-Naseer Traders. For international orders we work on Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Letter of Credit (L/C at sight). Full details are outlined in our Payment Policy page.
Do you accept cash or third-party payments?
No. For security and compliance reasons, we do not accept cash payments or transfers from third-party accounts. All payments must be made from the buyer’s own account into the banking details printed on our official invoice.
In which currency are invoices raised?
Domestic invoices are raised in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International invoices are typically raised in US Dollars (USD), unless another currency is agreed in writing at the quotation stage.
How do I verify your banking details?
Always refer to the banking details printed on our official proforma or commercial invoice. Any change communicated by email, phone or messaging app must be verified directly with our accounts team through an official channel before you initiate a transfer.
SECTION 04
Compliance & Quality
Are your products regulatory compliant?
Yes. Al-Naseer Traders is registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) where applicable and operates in full compliance with Pakistan’s trade laws and destination-country import requirements. Please refer to our Compliance page for further details on our operating framework.
Do you provide certificates of analysis and origin?
Yes. For applicable products we provide Certificates of Analysis (COA), Certificates of Origin, and any fumigation, phytosanitary or regulatory certificates required by the destination country. Draft documents are shared for review before final release.
How do you handle quality complaints?
Any quality concern should be reported to us in writing along with batch numbers, photographs and, where possible, retained samples. Our quality team investigates the matter internally, coordinates with the relevant supplier or manufacturer, and communicates the outcome and any corrective action to the buyer.
