- Delinquent Payments
Failure to settle balances within agreed timelines will result in:
• Immediate suspension of order processing and production lines.
• Holding of shipments at the port of origin.
• Accrual of late payment interest or administrative fees where contractually mandated.
• Revocation of active credit facilities and suspension of future orders.
- Cancellations & Order Financials
Orders for standardized inventory may be cancelled only via mutual written consent. For customized, branded, or specially procured export items, advance deposits are completely non-refundable once production or sourcing has commenced. Approved refunds are routed through the original payment channel.
