Introduction

Al-Naseer Traders is committed to providing reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping services for both domestic and international customers. We ensure every order is processed, packed, dispatched, and delivered with the highest level of professionalism while complying with all applicable maritime laws, customs regulations, and international trade practices.

  1. Order Processing

•   Verification: Orders are processed only after confirmation of product availability and successful completion of payment or credit approval.
•   Standard Timeline: Processing requires 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
•   Special Orders: Bulk, customized, or special import orders may require additional lead time. Customers will be notified immediately if processing exceeds the standard timeframe.

  1. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We partner with reputable courier, cargo, and logistics networks to guarantee secure nationwide delivery.

• Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 1–3 business days.
• Secondary Cities: 2–5 business days.
• Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.

Note: Timelines are estimates and may vary due to extreme weather, courier delays, public holidays, or regional security situations.

  1. International Shipping

We ship globally utilizing optimized logistics networks tailored to shipment size, urgency, destination, and customer preference:

Air Freight: For urgent, high-value, or time-sensitive cargo.
Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): For cost-effective, bulk commodity distribution.
Courier Express: For documentation, samples, and small parcel consignments.
Multimodal Transportation: Combining rail, road, and sea for seamless door-to-door delivery.

  1. Incoterms® 2020

International transactions are strictly governed by mutually agreed International Commercial Terms (Incoterms). Standard applied terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, and DDP. The specific applicable Incoterm will be explicitly detailed on all Proforma Invoices and Commercial Invoices.

  1. Shipping Charges & Duties

Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are determined based on gross weight, volumetric dimensions, destination, and transit method.
Buyer Responsibility: All shipping charges, import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, port handling fees, and marine insurance are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  1. Packaging Standards

All products are prepared using premium commercial-grade materials designed to survive long-transit friction:

• Heavy-duty corrugated export cartons.
• Industrial protective bubble wrapping and palletized shrink wrapping.
• Moisture-resistant barrier materials and desiccants.
• Special hazardous or fragile packaging available upon contractual agreement.

  1. Inspection & Claims

• Reporting Window: Customers must thoroughly inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. Any shortage, visible damage, or product discrepancy must be reported to us in writing within 7 business days.
• Evidence Required: Claims must be accompanied by the original packing list, bill of lading/airway bill, and clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged goods.

  1. Delays & Risk of Loss

Al-Naseer Traders shall not be held liable for transit delays caused by customs hold-ups, port congestion, labor strikes, government regulations, or Force Majeure events. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer precisely at the point defined by the contractually agreed Incoterm.
